Wasp Control Bath is a wasp & bee removal service in the South West of England. They came to us facing challenges with an outdated website, which led to diminished Google rankings and a noticeable decline in inquiries.
We created an identity rooted in the owner's strong personal brand. Using animated illustrations established a friendly, approachable, yet professional presence that was distinctive from the competition.
Incorporating a chatbot captured lead contact details and kept them engaged while notifying the business owner via mobile so he could contact them immediately.
The impact saw the website return to the front page of Google without paid advertising and a significant increase in leads.
